Fashion3D is committed to providing the best possible service and products to any home, educational facility and professional we supply. Fashion3D is an Australian company, using Australian merchant (credit card) facilities. Please take a moment to read our Policies and Product Guarantees:

 

Shipping Policy

Same-day shipping - Order before midday and have your order shipping before the closing of business

Tracking your order - You will get an email with the tracking number the after it is ready and printed shipping address label, it will work after the courie pick up and scan.

Different area and different product will have different shipping fee. Customer will be noticed the postage fee before check out.

For some special product, there might be a higher postage fee to ship to customer’s place. We might require a extra charge for postage fee. If customer do not agree with the extra charge, Fashion3d have right to reject this order.

International Orders – We do not offer any international shipment at the moment.

 

Ordering and Payment

Ordering Methods: Order by email or on our website.

Easy Payment Options:

Credit Card details entered online are entered through secure online pages and are only stored until your payment has been processed. All online records are then immediately deleted!

Paying via Direct deposit: Please note that it is your responsibility to enter our account details correctly, as supplied at checkout. We cannot do anything if you type in the wrong account number.

Depending on your bank, it can be instant or take up to a week for the money to arrive at our account and we cannot process your order until payment is received.

Every order receives an invoice/receipt by email.

 

Backorders Policy

We try and keep everything in stock. Our warehouse has a large volume of stock, so we can process and pack your orders very fast. All of our products include details of whether if we have them in stock or out of stock.

 

Sale – Item is in Australian warehouse and ready to be send anytime

Sold out- Item can be Back-ordered, please contact our sales team for arriving time.

If you place an order and some items are not available, and where you were notified by the site at ordering, we ship what we have immediately, and then ship the rest of your order when it has arrived.

 

Returns and Refunds Policy

We do the best we can to maintain a high quality product. If you do not believe something you have bought is up to standard, please do not hesitate to contact us. In most cases we will replace the item immediately. Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

 

Change of Mind Returns

If the item is unopened, and in sellable condition you can exchange it in store (Melbourne), or return it at your expense and exchange it for a different item for equal or lower value. Where you require the exchange to be shipped to you, you will be asked to pay freight on the exchange as per normal shipping charges.

Exchange is not available on machines.

Returning goods will be inspected upon return for damage and tampering. Exchange is subject to the goods being in re-sale condition.

OTHER RETURNS

We will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or repair where:

-The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

-The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or

-The product does not match the sample or our description; and

-You can present your receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Consumer Rights and Commitments

We do the best we can to maintain a high quality product. If you do not believe something you have bought is up to standard, please do not hesitate to contact us. In most cases we will replace the item immediately. Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) consumers are provided a Consumer Guarantee for most goods and services. The Consumer Guarantee automatically applies to goods and services; you do not have to pay any additional fees to receive it. Fashion3D takes consumer law and rights very seriously. You will find that where ever we can we exceed Consumer regulations and do whatever we can to get you what you need.

The Consumer Guarantee warrants that a good is:

  1. Of acceptable quality. It must be safe to use, lasting, have no faults
  2. Be fit for any purpose that the consumer made known before the sale, where the seller/manufacture said it would meet
  3. Have been accurately described and meet all the promises of the manufacturer and reseller (each individually responsible for their own claims)
  4. Match any sample or demonstration models
  5. Be free from hidden charges
  6. Have spare parts and repair facilities reasonably available for a reasonable period of time, unless the consumer is otherwise advised.

Where something is not met consumers are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Generally, where the problem is minor, the seller or manufacturer can choose the remedy, usually a free repair. You cannot refuse a free repair and insist on a refund or replacement where a free repair has been offered. The seller/Manufacture does not generally need to cover the cost of returning the item to them.

Where the problem is major and cannot be fixed, the consumer can choose to reject the goods for replacement or refund at no cost to the consumer.

A major problem is one where the item is unsafe or damaged and cannot easily be fixed.

Product Warranties and Guarantees

For any products and 3D printers that you purchased from Fashion3d, we offer one year Australia warranty and technical support. 

Please see the following when you need help:

Step 1: Let us know the problem.

Please send us an email with your order number and machine type. You need to describe the problem as clear as possible. A short video and a few images from different angle can help our engineer analysis the problem better. Most problems can be solved through online support. For any minor issues we can send the part to you to fix the problem. Major problems may require back to base repair.
